• Donors giving $125 or more will receive a free show catalog to be picked up at the show (none will be mailed).

• Please complete this form and return with your payment OR pay online in the BHCA Store http://www.basset-bhca.org at the 2026 BHCA Nationals by May 10 to be included in the premium list, or July 23 to be included in the show catalog.

• Donations can be made by anyone (members, associate members, and non-members), “in memory of”, or “in honor of”.
