Wilson County Fairgrounds

The RV parking area cam accommodate up to 500 campers, including electrical hookups water, and 2 dump sites. Each lot size is 50 feet by 42 feet.

• $50 RV fee per vechicle/day

• Honey-wagon for Rv'ers payable by RV'er

• If you are coming for the cluster prior to the BHCA Nationals, You may move to and occupy an RV space in the grassy area directly across from the MIT (show) bldg. IF you’re are not already parked there from the previous cluster days, you may park there AFTER a cluster attendee has pulled out of their RV space on Sunday afternoon/evening.

• Golf cart rental service available through Mickey's Motors, LLC Gold Cart and Low Speed Vechicles OR by direct online reservation at the BHCA Nationals website

Silver Creek Beagle Club

Parking of RVs in spots is at the discretion of the SIlver Creek Beagle Club and the BHCA Field Trial/HPT committee.

• $50 RV or tow vechicle + camper fee per vechicle/night

• RV electric (30 amp) is included in parking fee as available for OVERNIGHT parking; limited and first come-first served, no guarantees. Bring extra electric cords and extra long water hoses.

• You may arrive on Thursday, October 8, 2026 after 12 noon.

• Stall rental is $15/day. Set up your dogs in a stall, use as exercise area, etc. Available on a first come/first served cash basis.

• Matting is encouraged under all x-pens or in horse stalls, if rented, with or without shavings. You must dispose of soiled shavings in designated trash bins.

• RVs must be removed from the Beagle Club grounds by 6:00 pm, Sunday, October 11, 2026.
