Vendor Space Information and Reservation

• Each vendor spot is 10’x10’. The fee per spot is $75. Non-Members $125

• One table is included. Additional tables are $10 each.

• No fee for electricity.

• Vending space is located at Purina Farms Event Center, Gray Summit, MO 63039 • Setup date is Sunday, October 12, 2025 after 3pm

• Proof of insurance for $250,000 with BHCA listed as a rider is required with reservation form and prior to move in. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Need insurance? Contact www.actinsurance.com

• As a courtesy to our paid vendors, no other individuals will be allowed to sell any merchandise inside the Purina Event Center.
